Cannes Boat Show

The widely anticipated Sunseeker Manhattan 55 will make its world premiere at the Festival De La Plaisance in Cannes from 10th to 15th September.

Hosted in the French Riviera, the Festival De La Plaisance attracts yacht lovers from across the globe, making it the ideal location for Sunseeker International to unveil the all-new Manhattan 55 to the world.  The latest addition to the Manhattan family boasts a stunning interior which effortlessly combines space and luxury to create the trademark Sunseeker effect.

With a practical, elegant interior, the Manhattan 55 also features panoramic hull windows that allow natural light to flood into the cabin, making it feel even more spacious. The new luxury yacht features a three cabin arrangement, which can accommodate up to six guests and an extended flybridge.  This impressive flybridge is the ideal entertaining area and gives guests the chance to enjoy the pure excitement of cruising in the open air.

Other members of the Manhattan range on display in Cannes include the Manhattan 63 and 73.  Showcasing all of the signature traits of a Sunseeker, these impressive motoryachts use the finest materials and strike the perfect balance of style and space.

The much talked about Sunseeker San Remo, Predator 68 and Predator 80 will also be making their Mediterranean debut at the Show. Guests will be able to take a closer look at the exquisite styling evident across the entire Predator range.

With a sleek, aggressive new look and a performance hull the Predator 80 will accommodate a guest party of eight in a four cabin arrangement, with crew quarters or fifth guest suite in the stern.  With the performance option of Twin Arneson drives coupled with twin 16V 2000 M14 MTUs the Predator will leave the competition in its wake at a top speed of up to 45 knots, while even the standard engine options deliver an impressive 30-40 knots.

The design highlights of the Predator 68 can be felt throughout, and the impression of opulence is well beyond anything you would experience in a luxury hotel suite. Natural light floods into each cabin and living area thanks to intelligent window design, and a beautifully hand-crafted interior with exquisite fixtures and fittings is enough to take your breath away.

Stewart McIntyre, Managing Director at Sunseeker, commented: “We are delighted to be attending the Festival De La Plaisance again this year.  It is fantastic that the Manhattan 55 will make its world debut at the Show, which attracts guests from all over the world.  What’s more launching the Predator 64 and 80 to the Mediterranean audience makes this a particularly special Boat Show for the Sunseeker team.  We are all really looking forward to giving guests at Cannes the chance to get up close and personal with our latest models.”

The new Manhattan 55 will make its world premiere at Cannes’ Festival de la Plaisance on 10th to 15th September, where it will join 10 yachts from Sunseeker’s world renowned range including the stunning 28 Metre Yacht, Portofino 40, San Remo and Predator 84.
